These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NotisBoard platform and services, including all websites, applications, and tools provided by NotisBoard (collectively, the “Service”). 1. About NotisBoard

NotisBoard is a platform that allows individuals, organizations, and communities to:

  • Promote, manage, and attend events

  • Donate to causes and purchase event tickets

2. Eligibility

  • Uploading harmful software or disrupting the platform

5. Campaign and Event Creation

If you create a campaign or host an event:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content

  • You must deliver all promised benefits, rewards, or services to your supporters or attendees

  • You must use the funds raised only for the purpose stated in your campaign

NotisBoard is not legally liable for campaign performance or delivery. We are a platform provider, not a financial intermediary, charity, or legal guarantor.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

  • NotisBoard may charge platform and transaction fees (clearly displayed at checkout)

  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency exchange fees in their jurisdiction

7. Refunds

Refund policies vary by campaign or event organizer. NotisBoard does not guarantee refunds, but we encourage transparency and accountability. If you have concerns, contact the organizer directly or notify our support team.

8. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but by posting it on NotisBoard, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Display, promote, and distribute your content via the platform

  • Use your content for marketing and social sharing purposes

You must have the legal right to upload all content you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

The NotisBoard name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

  • We are required to do so by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the success of any campaign or event.

  • As-Is Basis: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for third-party websites linked to from NotisBoard.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotisBoard shall not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from failed campaigns or events

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any content posted by users

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to use the platform in the past 6 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NotisBoard is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
